REFUND POLICY

Archimedez sells digital house plans. Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once digital access has been provided.

No Refunds For

Refunds are not available for:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind
  • Selecting the wrong house plan
  • Selecting the wrong design or style
  • Deciding not to build the house
  • The plan not being suitable for your particular plot
  • Changes in personal circumstances
  • Failure to review the product information before purchase

Problems With Your Purchase

If you experience a genuine issue with your purchase, please contact us.

This includes situations where:

  • The purchased files were not delivered
  • The download is corrupted
  • Files are missing from the purchased package
  • The product is materially different from the description
  • The files cannot reasonably be used as the purchased digital product

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, corrected files, or another appropriate remedy.

  • Design style
  • Included drawings/files
  • Product description
  • Any stated limitations
