1. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, your purchased house plan may be delivered through:

  • Your Shopify/Archimedez order page

2. Access to Purchased Plans

Customers may access their purchased plans through the available download link or their order page.

Customers are responsible for keeping their order information and downloaded files secure.

3. File Formats

The file formats and documents included with each purchase will be specified on the individual product page.

Different house plans may contain different types of files and drawings.

4. Digital Product Limitations

An Archimedez house plan is not automatically a complete construction package unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Depending on the specific plan, additional work may be required, including:

Archimedez does not guarantee that a plan can be constructed without modification in every location.

6. Personal License

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital house plan provides the purchaser with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plan for their intended personal building project.

The plan may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded, copied for resale, or commercially exploited without written permission from Archimedez.

7. No Unauthorized Sharing

Do not share purchased files through:

  • WhatsApp groups
  • Telegram groups
  • Facebook groups
  • File-sharing websites
  • Public cloud folders
  • Other websites or platforms

Unauthorized redistribution may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights.

8. Download Responsibility

Once a plan has been successfully delivered and made available for download, customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their files.
